Growing Together with Future Professionals

As part of our commitment to developing young talent, we recently delivered a Project Management Training to our 24 interns on 27 November 2025 at our seating systems plant in Bursa, Türkiye. During the session, we explored key topics such as planning, workflow management, and effective communication.

 What made this training truly meaningful was the support of our experienced colleagues who joined as internal trainers, sharing their insights and real-life experiences with our young talents.

 We will continue offering new learning opportunities throughout the internship program. We’re proud to grow together with the future professionals of our industry.
